MY NEW INSTA360 CAMERA

Hola!

Cameras for me are essential nowadays. I'm always on the go and I need a good quality camera that can snap my experiences. Therefore, when I saw a post from a camera shop I followed in Instagram about this insta360 nano camera. I immediately searched for it and I was blown out with its feature tiny planet. It's so cute you can't resist its cuteness. LOL. I think I'm a camera obsessed. So, being in an island, I know Oman don't have that camera yet, my only option is Amazon. I searched and filtered it with those companies that can deliver here in Oman. Luckily, I saw this seller who offers free delivery (who don't want free delivery anyway). Of course I need to check first how this thing works and is it worth the money? But after few days, I decided to buy one because of following reasons:

- I need it for my travels.
- I want to share others a 360 pictures to my friends and family so they can check out my surroundings.
- It is portable.

I'm not savvy when it comes to gadgets. This are my mere observations. No technical details. :)

The items I received. Insta360 and insta360 mount.

I ordered mine in Amazon. I chose the insta360 nano specifically for iPhone for $199, they also got a separate insta360 made for Androids. :)
Originally, I ordered only the camera, but when the delivery caused delays, the company was so kind and generously gave me mount for compensation. WOW! Thank you insta360 SG! :)

Insta360 mount.

Inside the box: insta360 nano camera, charger cord, VR glass box, manuals and pouch.

The contents of the box.

A VR glass included.

The box has a built-in VR glass so you can view your photos in VR mode. Cool! And quirky! :)
You need to set up the VR mode first in your phone then insert it inside the box. Tadaa! Enjoy a panoramic view!

Details.

It has a built-in battery that's why you can separately use it without your phone. So don't forget to charge it before your trip! ;)

Insta360 nano.

It's basically a plug and play device. You plug it in your iPhone lightning port and viola! A prompt will appear for you to download the insta360 app. I downloaded mine few weeks back because I'm so excited that I prepared my phone already! LOL.

With mount.

With the use of this mount, you can attach it to tripods or selfie sticks! Amazing! It will make your photos somewhat bird's eye view and away from you so it can cover larger space. BTW, you can use insta360 nano alone without your iPhone. You need to microSD card for it though. Photos will stored in your phone also.

A sample video I made with the option tiny planet. :) I uploaded a 360 picture in Facebook, it was amazing! I only tried Facebook and Instagram for sharing videos and pictures, both went smoothly. I'm still having hard time figuring how to save it to my phone though.
